They are usually frantically trying to figure out whose order is, who's in the pickup area. The food is always good and tasteful. The size of the burritos have remained the same. But the tostada salads have shrunk by at least 25% over the past year or more. I am not sure what is leading to this, but it is a little disappointing. More disappointing is recently, some of the orders have been incorrect when we get them home. Normally, it doesn't bother me. However, we have someone who is lactose intolerant in the family. When we order things without cheese, sometimes cheese is on them. Sometimes everybody's order is missing cheese, so it boils down to a lack of attention to detail. When assembling the food
