The donuts are decent but my main issue is the cleanliness. While the worker was steaming the milk/making my drink, I saw her digging in her ear and itching it. When I got my drink re made it, it was cold and did not taste good either.

She reminded me the typical waiter that work in the old time small restaurant in Hong Kong (well know for being rude and not providing quality service), but she work at the Dunkin at SJC! Being rude , very unfriendly and impatient, she should NOT be working at this location!
