This location is farther from me, but I go out of my way to come here because the people are so nice.

A sold-out item was simply not placed in our to-go order without any warning/label/note and despite us already having paid for it. Incorrect orders are more common than correct ones. I understand fast food work sucks & it’s hard to hire quality people, but holy hell this place is awful. It’s not all of them.
