The customer before me "Josh" had his order under “Jose,” and three male employees started arguing about it right at the counter. I'm not sure what language they were speaking, but their body language said it all: frustration, confusion, and zero awareness that I was standing there waiting. Meanwhile, the only one actually working was the Hispanic female employee. I even said to her, “Looks like you’re doing all the work—are you the only employee?” She just smiled and kept it moving. Total pro. If her manager reads this: she’s the reason this review isn’t lower. Give her a raise. Food’s worth it. But if you’re picking up, hope she’s the one helping you.
