- NNNikhil5 days ago1.0BAD Hygiene. Used to be my go to Chipotle. Last time, saw someone cleaning the stations without any gloves. The food scraps from outside went into the containers with the food. At one point the cloth went inside the pinto beans container and contaminated the whole container with the cloth dropping of gravy. Person continued cleaning and also went and fixed one of the Togo containers with the same hand. I just left. Not going back till some drastic improvement is seen.

The toilets are not clean, the space is not clean, they are running out of food and the workers look overworked. It’s not the workers, but the management that continues to tax its workers . There are never enough people working there . They are almost always running out of one thing or another (yesterday was beans. How does chipotle run out of beans at 6ish pm) . The workers don’t have enough time to keep the place clean and serve everyone. This place needs new management or should be shut down. I will be complaining to BBB.
