Then, set it aside, uncovered for 14 minutes while I waited for chicken to be ready to make the burrito I ordered. When the chicken was ready, two other customers who arrived and ordered after me, had their orders filled first. When it came to me, the brown rice amount placed on the tortilla was extremely small and then the server started shaking the black beans off the spoon to end up with HALF a spoonful placed on the tortilla. I then explained that I was paying $11 for that burrito and I'm not a child. I said nevermind and to cancel the order. There was no apology. There was no offer to correct and make my order properly. Just laughter and ridicule. I've eaten at Chipotle for many years along with my family and friends. No longer after today. Ridiculous treatment. Ridiculous service.

Which isn’t totally their fault there was only 1 person in front and it seemed like 2 in the back. I blame management for poor staffing equalling slow service. But after I got handed my food the bowl was wrong, I was given chicken instead of steak, no guacamole, no beans. Plus they were out of the guacamole and chips I ordered. I asked for a refund at least for the guac and chips. The one person upfront said she couldn’t do that but will grab the manager in the back. When she went back I literally watched the manager hide..it was the weirdest thing. So I stood there for almost 30min asking twice if the manager is coming out and each time the girl in the front says “yes, I’m sorry he will be out shortly”. She seemed genuinely sorry but the manager obviously didn’t care as he was very obviously hiding in the back. I ended up leaving without getting my refund or anything I paid for really. On top of it all the food in the bowl was nasty the chicken was dry, lettuce was slimy, the rice tasted dried up and old. Ridiculous waste of time and money. Don’t bother to come here

The portion size was the worst I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle, even when I ordered in person, felt like the employee was counting out the pieces of bell pepper for my veggie bowl. They were out of sour cream, and I went around 7:30 so definitely not close to closing time. Asked for a side of corn salsa with my chips as well, and they had to get a fresh batch from the fridge, but my corn was kinda frozen… slow service as well overall. Won’t be coming back to this location.
