  Literally some of the worst staff I’ve ever had to deal with at a Chipotle. Staff look so out of it, while being rude btw and they almost always skimp out on portions. Dont even get me started on the portions. They are so much smaller than the portions you can get at other chipotles. Rude workers too. After I paid for my food and the worker was handing me the food, he passive aggressively handed my food, like dropping it before it was in my hand. Avoid this place.

  I’m sorry but the food at this location looked like it sat there all day in the containers . This is not what Chipotle is known for. I’m thinking they need to replace the food after so much time . I’m surprise health inspectors haven’t stopped by to check time and temperatures . It’s definitely not fresh and will not go back and also do not recommend. Definitely not worth your hard earned money ! It’s definitely not a good first impression.

  This will go down as my favorite Chipotle of all time. I have lived in the area for nearly 4 years, and I can say each staff member I have interacted with has made this place feel like home for me. I come daily, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, reliability, and the good times we have had over the years. I had an informal birthday gathering here because my friends know how much I love the place, and I hope to continue building more great memories here! Thank you Chipotle on Brokaw!

  Food is standard for Chipotle you know what you are going to get. Issue is the service. You can tell them easy on the rice. You can tell them light rice. You tell them you want nothing more than a single scoop of rice, and they always seem to look confused and then proceed to dump 2 or 3 scoops into a bowl or burrito. You can ask several times, even clarifying with the staff multiple times before they do it, but somehow every time they seem to just pile on the rice. It's like just can't grasp the concept that not everyone wants a lot of rice. Quite literally told 2 women I wanted brown rice today, but to go easy on the amount. They looked so confused as I explained it 20 different ways. Finally I tell them I just want light brown rice, and explain I don't want them to pile it up, and 1 scoop should be fine... 2 heaping scoops of brown rice later they then ask 'is that ok' as if I was being a burden asking for only a single scoop.
