The workers had a bad attitude when I asked them to remake my good they left sitting out in the open while waiting for the chicken to be cooked. They had multiple customers waiting for scheduled orders. One lady had been trying to get in touch with management regarding her same day catering order all day and finally came in to see someone and was left waiting for 20+ minutes. The ice machine wasn't working.

We also witnessed the manager treat a customer with rudeness and argue with the customer. The customer asked for someone higher up and the store manager a short, Latin woman with thick fake lashes refused to give the information . It’s unfortunate that chipotle hires individuals who are not qualified for the job. After what we saw we are disgusted and we won’t be returning.
