They scoop the food into your bowl like they’re serving animals at a farmhouse, and the whole process feels rushed and sloppy. Pots and pans get dropped, the place feels tense, and the customer service lacks care. I still love the quality of the food, so I guess I just have to put up with it.

I wish I tasted it before dumping the whole thing on to my bowl. If your food research team approved this then they need to be fired. If it just this location then they need to taste before it is served to the customer. If this not fresh and has been sitting for days then the fermentation process will make this stronger. And not having this in the refrigerator, which will slow down the fermentation is a bad idea. You have this over the steamer which will speed up the fermentation and in which the concentrate flavors will be stronger.
