    Miscommunication between the staff made us pay more for something we got. The cashier didnt even refund us fully when we brought it up, and we ended up paying for nothing when we returned our order.

    My husband and I went to have lunch at chipotle last week. Kyle is the manager. He was training someone on the cash register. I've been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and Kyle is phenomenal. Genuine, kind, professional, I told all of his staff they were lucky to have him as a manager. He can multitask while smiling and just made my day. If a restaurant has good food, but not good service it can make or break your meal Big shout out to Kyle, thank you doesn't seem like enough, but in this day and age good customer service is hard to come by, I really appreciated you!
