  Placed order for pick up yesterday, got all the way home and my burrito bowl ONLY had meat & no other toppings. The tacos I ordered were missing ingredients as well. Right away I went back and the manager fixed my order, BUT didn’t even bother to give any type of courtesy discount for their incompletion of my order or for me having to go back to get my order corrected. Not very good customer service!

  My experience at this location was horrible. Order was late being ready when ordering online, no flavor in the meat, attitude from the lady at the front and nasty dining area.I asked for a few additional things such as my birthday guac, chips that weren’t stale, a clean table ( I asked for spray to do it myself). I was told that the chips are made daily and I just stood there looking at her because It doesn’t change that mine were. Although she replaced the chips, cleaned the table and provided the guac I could hear the frustration in her voice. I came in on a Monday night and ordered 46 dollars worth of food and won’ make that mistake again. When she went on break the team seemed to function better with a calm energy. I know it gets frustrating but it should never be taken out on the customer.

  Absolutely the worst chipotle there is! They refused to let me order, said it was only online orders. They were extremely rude about it too. I did as they asked and ordered online (complete nonsense) I waited for 20 minutes and more people started to come in after me the staff was suddenly able to order in person and customers who just walked in got their food before me. No apology, no accountability. Worst staff I’ve ever seen. This place is BRAND DAMAGING. An absolute disgrace of management. If Chipotle has any sense, they should consider a careful evaluation of this team. To Bay Area residents - stay away at all costs.

  Low staffing led to a delayed store opening and significant mobile order delays. I placed a mobile order scheduled for 10:40 AM and arrived at 10:30 AM to wait, but the restaurant was still closed. I remained there until 10:56 AM, and my order was still not ready, so I had to leave. The order was marked completed around 11:45 AM. I returned at 12:40 PM when I was available again and asked for the food to be remade since it was late, cold, and no longer fresh. The staff manager declined, citing short staffing. If you are relying on mobile ordering or expect timely service and fresh food, this location will not meet those expectations.

  We ordered two burritos, and neither of them had any meat in them. This is completely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed with the quality at this particular location. We really like this restaurant, but this specific location did a terrible job. The food was prepared very poorly, and this experience was honestly frustrating.
