    I ordered a sub and fries before going to the movies so I could take it with me and eat it while watching. To my frustration, when I got inside and sat down, I opened the box of fries, which were clearly undercooked and soggy. I also opened the box of the sub, which looked like it was thrown together or dropped on the floor. I was so frustrated that I closed both boxes and, after finishing the movie, I went straight to the store. I waited for this old, bald-headed white guy who works there, who wasn’t wearing a name tag—otherwise, I’d say his name—and I told him I wanted my food remade because there were issues. Instead of asking what the issues were, his immediate response was “we make it however you order it.” I told him he wasn’t going to ask what the issues were because he just knew he made it correctly 100% of the time. He said yes. After some back-and-forth, he offered to look at the food, at which point he said we did not do this. So I asked him if I just paid $18 to not eat the food and come back to complain, and he didn’t want to respond. Eventually, I realized there was no resolution, so I asked for his name, which he refused to give. Then I asked for the name of the GM, who also refused to give it, and I left.

    I wanted to order a chili cheesecake, but it took over 20 minutes to place the order. The lady working behind the counter was making food and taking orders. Unfortunately, three people were waiting. One person at the kiosk had a transaction issue and wanted to cancel it. The other two people were waiting for someone behind the counter to take their order. Unfortunately, the kiosk only accepted credit cards, not cash. I asked her if she would accept a $100 bill, and she said yes. After she was free to take orders, she called the next person, two other ladies. I asked them if it was their turn, and she ignored me. I went to her to place my order, and she said it wasn't my turn. I said I had told them, but they didn't say anything. The other lady was trying to help the person at the kiosk. I thought all three were the same customers, but she said it was their turn.After they took an order, it was my turn. She said, "We don't expect a $100 bill." I told her that I had asked her before to stay online. She said, "No, luckily I had $20.00," and she took it. I told her that she should tell me that she won't accept cash. I did ask her for the manager's name and her name, but she refused to give the name. She was so mean and started yelling at me that I should dont jump another line. I said I asked them, but they were helping another person. I thought they were together. I said, "I need my refund." She then didn't return my $20.00."Only $16.00," I said. "Four dollars is short. I need my $20.00 back." She then told me not to come back there anymore to many negative reviews. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this business.Low-class, low-quality customer service, no experience.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND! I placed two pickup orders for me and my fiancé. When I went in to get them, no one greeted me, so I waited. After a while I asked one of the workers about my order and he just pointed to the other guy, who wasn’t paying attention. When the second worker finally came over, I told him I had two pickup orders. He asked “both?” and I said yes. I showed him my order confirmation, and after I confirmed my own order, he still didn’t give it to me — he just went back to working. I had to call my fiancé to come inside, and when he did, the worker was rude and made him zoom in on his confirmation like he didn’t believe us. He even said he didn’t care if we were mad. The whole thing was embarrassing, unprofessional, and honestly felt racist. I paid for my food and was treated like I was trying to steal. This location really needs better customer service and training.
