  I have been ordering from here nearly every week since before the pandemic. While I can't make any claims on the in dining experience, I can remark on the food and service. The wings are fantastic and they have done an outstanding job addressing customer feedback. Well done

  I went there with my friends last Saturday to watch the NFL Playoff games. The atmosphere was awesome with lots of fans from all the teams. Our server Monique was awesome! Her friendly personality and attentive service ensured that my group of 5 felt appreciated and well-taken care of the entire time. Despite the restaurant being packed for the playoffs, our drinks were always full and our food came out hot. It’s rare to get that level of attention during such a busy event. We had a great time and will definitely be back to see her!

  I would put 0 if I could, first and foremost I understand that mistakes happen BUT it is not fair that we called to let them know that I received a wing full of feathers and the manager was being very sarcastic and I said I can take a picture and send it if she didn’t believe me, also I asked for sauces on the side and received no sauce just plain wings all she said was she didn’t want a picture and that she’ll just throw in some extra wings, she gave me attitude and regardless of all this if she’s the manager she should have good customer service and she shouldn’t argue with a customer especially if they’re complaining.

  Undercooked Wings I have been ordering from here since before Covid. Best wings on planet Earth. Biting into these wings was always the highlight of my week. However, since the July of 2025, their quality control has drastically gone down and their wings are often undercooked. One time, I bit into one that wasn't even cooked at all. Just fried, chewy/soggy, piece of disgusting matter. I did not nor have not said anything because I love this place and have been hoping that their quality would return to what it once was. But, it has been several months now and today I've finally had ENOUGH. Added after response: I will not be filling out any forms. I will order my wings again next Thursday and every following Thursday like I have for the past 6 years and report my findings. When the wings have been properly cooked for 3 consecutive times, I will feel confident that you have indeed made things right and will update/edit my review accordingly. Please stand by 01/22/26: I'm on site to pickup my wings waiting at the front counter. No one there. I see my food with my name on it RIGHT THERE. Restaurant is lightly busy, staff had walked by a couple times, zero acknowledgement/reassurance that someone will come by to give me my order. About 5 minutes has gone by, still nothing. This is another regular occurrence and my patience has run out. Add this to list of things to be made right. I grabbed the food with my name on it that I paid for and left. Now the WINGS: Of the ones I had eaten (about half of 36), they were overall properly cooked. Reminded me of the glory days. However, there were a couple that were slightly questionable, but I deem this acceptable. Significant improvement from last week. Well done. 01/29/2026: Got my food right away. All wings consumed today were properly cooked. Nicely done.

  I was standing at the counter for like 15 minutes nobody came to attend me all of the staff was just cleaning the table and wasn’t checking at their counter why are you cleaning table if you don’t want someone to sit there i had to come outside because nobody came. Very bad experience 👎
