I forgot to ask the woman her name but she told me that she didn’t understand why the other locations couldn’t make the cake. Even though this location is about ten miles from my home, I will only order cakes there. Customer service at Cottle was flat but at Willow Street, I felt cared for.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
