- NNNickNov 26, 20251.0I came here at 9:30PM and the doors were locked. I then ask the lady inside. I thought you guys close at 10 she points at the sign even though the sign says that they close at 10 PM. They put a alternative sign that says regular hours 9:30PM which does not make sense since the one right below it says 10 and the one online also says 10 o’clock.

For example one bite tasted like pistachio syrup and another bite tasted only like cream. Not good at all. Service was friendly enough, the inside is very clean..but the ice cream is just not there.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
