I had to come back @7pm to get it and it looked like it was thrown together and the manager didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience and when i asked for some kind of compensation his wife said rudely you can have a scoop of Ice cream, when i asked her if she really thought that my time was worth a scoop of ice cream the manager said take a pint of ice cream... These cakes are not cheap and i feel like if i am expected to pay that price i should get what i paid for not just thrown together. I asked for half off and he lost it yelling at me telling me that is too much money and if I was kidding him, because it was my Daughters birthday i told him i would be reporting him to corporate and took the cake and left, while walking out he started slamming his register and yelling like a child throwing a tantrum while other customers with children were there waiting. Also his wife was preparing another cake with no mask or gloves which i feel sick about because i didnt even think about that at that moment. I really hope that corporate does something about this because as a consumer I shouldn't have to just take what this business decides to give I should have gotten what i paid for and an apology was even too much for them. There are plenty of other Ice cream shops in the area that are better tasting and priced and i will be happy to take my business there from now on.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
