    I received the wrong dinner, very disappointed. I ordered the double chicken tostada, I received chicken salad. Nothing im it but lettuce.

    I got two chicken burritos. They were pretty good. The chicken could have had more seasoning on it but other than that it was pretty good. Has some good macros as well.. IYKYK... 🤙🏾

    I would like to clarify that my one-star review is not directed at the workers or the store manager; they are polite and do their best. My feedback is aimed at the corporation's choice to implement self-checkout machines instead of having staff available to assist with special requests. I believe that personal interaction plays a vital role in customer service. During my visit, the line was lengthy because several customers struggled to navigate the machines, especially those who are not fluent in English. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my order. I raised this concern with the manager, who kindly came to my table and explained the company's decision to introduce these machines. However, I feel this change could lead to inconvenience for customers. It would greatly enhance the experience if there were more staff available to assist with the checkout process.
