I’m not a frequent customer at all, but I brought my young son in with me for a treat while we were waiting for our car to get serviced at the Ford dealership nearby. First of all using the kiosk is long and annoying and really hard to see in the afternoon light because of the glare. Secondly, this speed of service was decent. Third I felt like the food that I ordered, particularly the breakfast wraps were extremely expensive for what they were I mean come on it’s a small tortilla one microwaved egg and 1/2 piece of bacon with a little bit of cheese for almost 5 dollars. Absurd. However, the employee happily remade a different drink for me when I told her I didn’t like the one I had ordered and she was really sweet and chill about it. Lastly, the general cleanliness of the store is pretty bad. The floors looked swept clean, but there’s obvious coffee splashes up against the wall and the bathrooms were atrociously disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a week.
