  There were several people waiting for it to open at 10:40. The employees saw us. Three of them were eating, another one (or two, not sure) opened reluctantly at 10:47 and then went on to do his business around. No acknowledgement of our presence whatsoever, no “I will be right there” or anything. A couple of people have already left. The other employees are still having their food. After ten minutes standing here someone has finally looked at us and told us they are short staffed and will be here shortly. I have worked in this kind of restaurants before and I did have food before work, but it was before work, the employees (that are still eating) started eating at 10:40 and after seeing people were waiting outside. Choose a different location if you are looking for fast food that’s actually fast.

  Worst chipotle location I've ever been too. Ordered online with the chipotle app. the order was 15 minutes late when I tried to talk to them. I asked for a refund, they were rude, refusing to talk to me ignoring me until I got loud and made a scene. Never got my food but got a refund from corporate

  Staff (specifically woman with ponytail and black framed glasses), provided excellent customer service. She was the only one on the floor serving food and on the register, and was very friendly and gave sizable portions of rice and chicken which I was really happy about, considering the other negative reviews I read beforehand about receiving small portions. I ordered at around 415p

  I’ve eaten at many Chipotle locations, but this one had some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Today, I ordered a barbacoa bowl, but they had run out of barbacoa. Instead of offering a proper alternative, the employee serving me scraped a small amount of leftover barbacoa from the bottom of the container and put it in my bowl. The portion was much smaller than what I usually receive, so I pointed out that it wasn’t a proper serving. She insisted that it was the correct amount and told me to move on to the next station. I understand that they ran out of barbacoa and couldn’t serve more. However, at other locations, when this happens, they usually offer to substitute with another meat or split portions to make up for it. The employee’s attitude here was very unfriendly and unhelpful. On top of that, my bowl was not packed properly, and the bottom of the bag tore, causing food to spill onto my clothes. I had to take everything out in my car because of the mess. Overall, the service was extremely slow, and not only was barbacoa unavailable, but other meats were also out of stock. Customers were told they had to wait a long time. I visited around 6 PM, which is peak dinner time, so they should have been better prepared. It’s not acceptable to serve leftover scraps and insist customers take it when ingredients are clearly insufficient. This is not proper service, and I will not be returning to this location again.

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at chipotle today. I live in this neighborhood and I order from here often but it’s not often I go inside. I took my daughter inside today and was helped by an older Hispanic woman, I only use race to try and describe whom this was so she can hopefully get a coaching on basic customer care. I was pushing a stroller and my daughter was crying so I’m grabbing her and the entire time she’s just asking me how she can help me and what I want after. I told her a few times to give me just one moment. Each time she asked me what I wanted down the line of food it was just short, ride and rushed As she already sees me having a hard time. I Understand this may not seem like anything to some people, but as a mother of a young baby, even getting into the doors of a restaurant is a lot on us at times. It is moments like these that really make a mom not want to go inside certain places again. I truly write this review to just give a perspective of treating people with kindness and remembering to have patience. I’m sure she is a mother herself or has family and the point of the message is is that how you would like to have been treated if you were in that person shoes? Do better.
