I better not get sick from this. What I disgusting door. This one is. I would never eat here. I’m tempted to call corporate. It’s so bad.
- JHJenny Hsieh5 days ago4.0Order confirmation number : PI1-VA3,I have a group order for my office this morning, it's a busy location, but I wonder why the Guacamolei products (3-4 of them )were not fresh, very brown as picture, all of my co-workers are complaining about today's lunch, just because of their quacamolei looks not good. We are not satisfied with the Guacamolei quality today, please keep it as fresh as possible in the future. Everything else are fine.

Staff look so out of it, while being rude btw and they almost always skimp out on portions. Dont even get me started on the portions. They are so much smaller than the portions you can get at other chipotles. Rude workers too. After I paid for my food and the worker was handing me the food, he passive aggressively handed my food, like dropping it before it was in my hand. Avoid this place.

I’m thinking they need to replace the food after so much time . I’m surprise health inspectors haven’t stopped by to check time and temperatures . It’s definitely not fresh and will not go back and also do not recommend. Definitely not worth your hard earned money ! It’s definitely not a good first impression.

I have lived in the area for nearly 4 years, and I can say each staff member I have interacted with has made this place feel like home for me. I come daily, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, reliability, and the good times we have had over the years. I had an informal birthday gathering here because my friends know how much I love the place, and I hope to continue building more great memories here! Thank you Chipotle on Brokaw!
