- AJAva JohnMar 14, 20261.0The manager named Daphne (not sure on spelling) needs to learn customer service and how to talk to customers. She needs to be fired immediately. Mid order a make worker told me there was no lettuce, which should have been brought up before i even ordered to let me know. He called the manager because i asked for a discount because my order was already half way done and approached the counter with no customer skills. Told me there is no discount allowed and she cant help me. She literally told the other employee to throw my order away in the garbage and walked away with no apology. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please advise! 03.13.2026 at approximately 9:30pm.
- STSUJIT TELANGJan 20, 20261.0I will not recommend this place, very difficult to enter the lot due to In/Out burger traffic. If you are lucky to find parking this place is often out of lettuce, fajita veggies by 7pm. If you want to still pay full price for missing ingredients then do try it!!!!!!

My wife and I have had terrible experiences at this location years ago both with regard to the food and the service but were hoping it had changed and gave it another chance. We were not disappointed today. The staff here is friendly and the food was clean and without bugs! Again, huge shout out to Nester and Bryan at this location!
