  I've been going to the Chipotle on Capitol Express for over 5 years, and recently decided to try the one here on Monterey road. Based on my past dozen or so purchases here, this location is definitely overall better than Capitol Express. Workers are much less stingy with meat (I'm basically getting 1.1-1.5x the amount of meat compared to Capitol), and the meat (steak specifically) is more tender and better cooked. This could simply just be due to the current chef being better and not the overall management at this location, however it was rare that the location at Capitol had consistent good steak of this quality. I don't think it's simply just the timing of coming as well, since I've come here at different times throughout the day. Nothing really to nitpick or criticize about as of now!

  Staff was very unfriendly and not responsive! There are serval staffs there and no one responded to my pickup order. I have to wait for almost 10 minutes to get my order and there are no other customers!

  Whenever i do online order from here they just do their formalities. I recently ordered veg bowl from here and they send me half bowl empty.

  Love this location, I'm here AT LEAST once a week. I will say the rice is almost always too salty though. And if it's not the rice, it's the meat. Service is great all the time. Will be back but hoping that can be improved.

  I almost never give a 1 star review and they were probably definitely short staffed but! Thu 2/19 came at 12:40 Was informed there was no chicken because the line guy was out to lunch. Cool - swapped to steak. Only had brown rice. No white rice. Fine I took a few scoops for my bowl and there was maybe a few scoops left for the second bowl. I heard a bunch of them talking about - did you ask (the rice person) for white rice? And how it wasn’t to temp But I basically asked - hey can you just scoop all the brown rice that’s left in that tin into the bowl and the girl at the line just didn’t comprehend what I was asking. I don’t know the chain of command for how it works and if the manager on duty can step in for the line cook but that was kind of a crazy experience lol. I would’ve been cool if she just you know - scooped the little rice left into the second bowl but that was my third strike I guess lol. No MOD stepped to help her and explain what’s going on. I wouldve paid and been happy but rice is life! Hate when people call out (assuming that’s what happened?), cause it causes things like this but that was wild. I’m sure they’re fine when firing on all cylinders lol. Today was crazy though. There were two girls probably waiting 10 mins for chicken already and when I got there the girl at the line said maybe 10 mins for chicken? Which was doubtful since she also said that person was on break - then add on cook time Will try again another time but for now - one star.
