  Packed tiny chipotle, waited over 30 minutes for online order, chicken bowl had no chicken, all 3 meals were cold, kids meal but didn’t get chips, large chips were completely stale, ordered a chicken protein cup and didn’t get it.

  They charged us for 4 drinks and didn’t send them with the order. When we called, they hung up. We drove to the restaurant, and they said, they didn’t have the items we ordered, and didn’t know how to refund without getting the manager on site which would take half an hour. This is unacceptable! What a waste of time and money for inferior service!

  Soda Machine doesn’t work, sauces are mixed with other sauces, seats are broken, bathroom is gross, and when I asked for fajitas they responded “it’s going to be an hour, we have to cut them up”

  Went here, because I was craving a safe burrito. By safe I meant a burrito that I can potentially eat without regretting the purchase. Lately when I’ve been craving a burrito, I search up whatever is close to me with decent ratings but once I get burrito it’s not what i expected and i regret getting it. Chipotle although is not authentic Mexican cuisine, it hits all my check marks because i customize it to my liking, hence the word “safe”. I get the burrito with the type of beans i like, the meat i like, and the fillings exactly how i like it, no fluff, and straight business. It was pretty packed in there and took 20 minutes before i could even order but once i did the food was ready fast. They ran out of the cilantro lime sauce and the napkins weren’t refilled but the service was good overall. The burrito did bust as i was eating it so it git messy. Another thing that was an issue was that certain ingredients were really cold so eating a burrito that was hot at certain areas and cold at others was a little weird.

  First off, the service was horrible. The place was completely empty, I was clearly seen, and it still took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and even take my order. Then, they barely had any steak left. I was trying to order a quesadilla and two bowls, and instead of checking properly, the employee just said “this is all we have.” I asked him to check in the back, and he disappeared for about 3 minutes… only to come back with his mouth full of food. At that point, another employee had to step in and continue my order. If there was no more steak, he could’ve just told me right away instead of wasting my time for 3 minutes holding up a line at this point and saying it would take 20 minutes. On top of that, the last pieces of steak I got were super chewy and hard honestly not good at all. Overall, really bad service and poor food quality. Definitely not coming back.
