Based on what we saw: We didn’t see much clearly marked GF anywhere Reviews seemed to confirm the same thing. Even some places that seemed like they might work were not confident recommending GF For us, Chick-fil-A ended up being the safest and best option at SJC. The server confirmed: Waffle fries are cooked in their own fryer 1) The regular chicken is in a separate fryer 2) They also have grilled nuggets if that’s your preference 3) It’s not a huge GF menu, but it’s one of our reliable staples overall, and at SJC it seemed like the best gluten-free option we found.
