The milkshake was watery as a tea drink. Same experience for the cappy. Both were made by the same male Asian staff. Terrible experience. Never had the same experience at other location.
- KTK TMar 12, 20261.0If I could give zero rating I would. I went to this Baskin Robins last night. It's the closest one to my home about 15 minutes away. We ordered 3 banana splits. 9 different ice creams. The ordering experience was fine I gave the guy a 20% tip. He placed our order in a bag and was having trouble. I should have taken this as a omen. Finally passed the bag to us and we left. During the drive home the ice cream melted and leaked out all over my new car. I spent hours to clean it up. I went to the store today and told them about my experience. The manager Deanna was very loud and rude. She kept implying that it was my fault. She was not apologetic at all. She just kept implying it was my fault for not telling them the ice cream was too soft. Part of the problem is the container that is used. It allows the melted ice cream to leak out easily. She said that once you leave the store it's not their problem and that is Baskin Robins policy. I asked to see the policy and she was unable to produce or point me to it. I will not be patronizing this store again. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE Worst experience ever!!!!! This store should close!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
