  I waited 20 minutes for a Diet Coke with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not my first bad experience but this one really got me frustrated because any other sonic would bring out the soda and take the payment. It was not busy so they made a choice to not bring it out or move the car that took 20 minutes into a stall . There is a reason why this sonic has so many poor reviews. All of my previous experiences with this location took an abnormal amount of time, poor customer service when ordering more than a few things, never apologize for the wait.

  It’s ridiculous on how long they take. I would have understand if the store was busy or the drive thru busy but it wasn’t. I literally had to wait over 20 minutes for an order when the order was already done they only had to give it to me but took forever.

  Nose como pueden tener a una persona a cargo de un restaurante con una actitud despota a Parte grosero y que falta de respeto hacia mi persona como cliente después de decirle el porqué de la tardanza de orden me responde en un tono subido de voz es el sumamente irrespetuoso el manager Martín Deberían de informarle que el cliente está para agarrar un buen servicio. Siempre Porque como cliente espero eso no Una persona como el tal Martin enseñen modales y un buen ser al cliente por favor es sumamente grosero sumamente Rudo y el sabe que no es la primera vez. Tengan cuidado clientes al frecuentar este sonic San Jacinto y reporten a esta persona para reciba su premio por el mal servicio
