The customer service was horrible; no manners and they also didn’t give me a receipt , and the manager was unprofessional. As I was about to eat, I saw a bug in my food. My mom took me back. As I went inside , and I told the manager, showing him the bug. His response was, “Oh that black thing right there, don’t worry, I’ll remake it for you.” I refused and asked for a refund. He seemed irritated, gave me $5.44 out of $6.51, without an apology. When my mom called, he was unprofessional, claiming I didn’t tell him i got the combo. She clarified the payment, and he said i could return for a full refund.
