But you gotta love it when you go somewhere, order a milkshake, then they're like, You want a freeze," even though you didn't ask for it. š¤¦āāļø Then you correct them, and they pretend to fix it. The window gal came out to verify it's supposed to be a milkshake, but you watch the people at the window make your drink like a freeze, even though you asked for a MILKSHAKE. š Then when you ask to be sure it's a milkshake, they have some excuse already at the tip of their tongue, ready to fire off. I'm just gonna go to Hemet for my drinks from now on. This is insane. š¤

I never thought I would like ANY coffee as much as.....you know....the one that starts with an "S", but this place makes a mean coffee drink. I have only gone thru drive thru so I don't know about the inside. I will check it out next time I go. When there are more than three people in line they send a girl out to take your order so it doesn't take too long. By the time you get to the window your coffee is ready.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!

That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
