I approached lady with Pink eyebrows and pink hair lady she took our order just continued asking anything else. My mom tried paying with a 100$ bill she just said “NO” firmly. Didn’t give us spoons no instructions of where anything was. Just completely rude and every single person in store stared and ignored us.

I ordered a banana split have been coming for a few days straight for a Oreo shake, but ordered my mom a banana split. I ordered no chocolate fudge which is the topping they put. They made me wait in the front. The girl with glasses came and brought me the order. I said “ oh no” she said what im like it has caramel and i didnt order that she said all banana splits come with caramel i worked here for 3 years. Miss ma’am ive been ordering and not once have they added caramel if i wanted caramel I would have ordered it. She gave me attitude which was no need for that. And i was not at fault because i made it clear i didnt want that topping. Do better, she just ruined my day with her stupid attitude. Do better!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
