I’m used to stores allowing drive thru pickup for mobile orders but was informed at pickup that if it’s not through DoorDash or a similar service, I need to pick it up inside. They did give me the order through the drive through and I noted to myself their requirements. Being as I am mobile disabled, my next order (which was done recently and months after my first order), I opted to have it doordashed to me instead. I ordered the same exact thing, a banana split. Last time was as expected. This time however, was 3 scoops of ice cream, no banana, no topping including no cherries . The last time it came in a standard banana split container. This time it was just a cup with 3 scoops of ice cream and nothing else. For $20. So not worth it.

I approached lady with Pink eyebrows and pink hair lady she took our order just continued asking anything else. My mom tried paying with a 100$ bill she just said “NO” firmly. Didn’t give us spoons no instructions of where anything was. Just completely rude and every single person in store stared and ignored us.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
