- AHAndre HowlettFeb 15, 20261.0I use to support this location heavy however it's quickly becoming the Absolutely the worse location in the world horrible customer care and the hardly speak English ... I'm not saying that to be rude or mean I'm serious your cat run an organization with people who can't communicate or articulate their selves in a professional manner.. They messed up& refused to take any accountability, Then treated me as if I was a bad person for asking for customer assistance.. My order and told me too shut up and leave . I'm an adult that's beyond disrespectful. The also began taking bad about me in Spanish the manager included . He's about 5 foot tall and had the nerve to be disrespectful to me. I have it on video as well . I have spent a lot of money over the years at Wingstop and this location in particular I will never support Wingstop the company or this location ever again and I will make sure that the corporate office knows how bad they need to rehire their staff. they could've made this right simply by exchanging the french fries they chose not to and now I will never support them again, and I will escalate this to the corporate office . To make matters worse, they didn't even give me my drink and I ordered a combo so they refuse to fix the order. They made me leave with cold food and they forgot to even give me my drink.!!!! An awful experience I'll escalate this to corporation Monday.
