When I was standing in line waiting to order, one employee looked at me, rolled his eyes, and continued pretending to clean tables instead of helping. I waited about six minutes before another employee came from the back to take my order. While waiting, I noticed a worker in the kitchen with what looked like an open sore on their lip while preparing food, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. After I finally received my order, they forgot to include the ranch sauce. When I politely asked the same employee for one, he said “okay” but didn’t move and instead leaned on the table while talking under his breath. I understand that employees can have stressful days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. The food quality was also disappointing. The chalupa tacos I ordered were sloppy, had a bad smell, and tasted so unpleasant that I couldn’t finish them and ended up throwing them away. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and food quality at this location were very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues. WARNING DO NOT COME HERE ‼️ DO NOT COME HERE‼️ YOU WILL GET SICK ‼️🤮
