  The people here were rude. They snapped at the customer in front of me, an older man. My wrap fell apart because they didn’t bother to fold it. And I ordered a fountain drink - but they didn’t tell me the machine wasn’t working. They said I could have a bottled drink - but they had very few varieties none of which I wanted. Then they refused to refund me the price of the drink.

  Count your change I was short and the young lady got upset When I tried to ask for my full change saying they didn’t have enough so I told her to round it up then and she got upset and called for her mom (the other worker) the mom actually have me my correct change.

  Ordered for delivery. Whole order was wrong. Paid for extra meat for son’s sandwich. The sandwich literally had 3 pieces of meat. All the drinks we purchased were left out of the bag. Ordered CCC cookies received a whole different type of cookies. I called the number on the receipt which was answered by I am assuming either the owner as he asked why this call did not go to the store which I mentioned I just called the number on the receipt. He said he couldn’t do anything that if I wanted a refund he can get me cash but I would have to go to the store to pick up. He then offered to Zelle me which I have not yet received. Went to the Subway sight which was also no help. Had me answer a bunch of questions through an AI Chat just to be told they will email me. Still waiting to hear back from subway and the refund which I was told was going to be sent through Zelle.
