  I bought a sandwich at Subway, but the staff was very rude. She kept raising her voice and scolded me, asking why I didn’t place both orders at once so they could be made together. I didn’t know that was expected—I thought it was fine to do them one by one since the orders were different. Honestly, she was very impolite. She appeared to be an Indian woman.

  I'm consistently impressed with the service at this Subway, especially by one of the young girls working there. She's incredibly hardworking and very fast, always providing service with a smile and a clear voice. Honestly, she's been a big reason why I've been coming here for the past six months. The shop itself is very clean, and I appreciate the wide variety of choices available.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve ordered sandwiches here five days in a row. Last Wednesday I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki because it was the Sub of the Day special, and the other days I ordered different sandwiches. Every time I place my order online, I include one simple instruction: please cut the sandwich in half. For some reason, that instruction keeps getting missed. If it wasn’t important, I wouldn’t take the time to write it in the order. To be fair, the sandwiches themselves are delicious and well made, and the ingredients are fresh. The issue isn’t the food—it’s the consistent failure to follow a basic order instruction. After five orders in a row with the same request being ignored, it’s frustrating. I hope the team starts paying closer attention to the order notes because small details like that matter to customers.
