  I thought you guys opened at 6am? Why are people sitting out waiting for the store to open in the morning well past opening time and talked to rudely as workers enter & exit the store and continue to lock the doors behind them. Plenty of people work night shifts and Safeway is one of the only places I can shop when I get off early in the morning.. I had no idea Safeway opened whenever they felt like it. Worst Safeway, I’ve never even wrote a review about any place until now it’s that bad.. yikes. On top of that after being in the store for about 2 mins and going to checkout one of your associates threatened to fight a customer telling him to “meet him outside” escalating an issue while I was standing right there between them in line, absolutely unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed at any workplace, I don’t care let security handle your issues.

  Today at about 2:45 I had to do a rare return and it was very important because money is so tight. Even though it was only 11.99 it was really important because I need my energy! I feel bad that I didn’t get the woman’s name but if she reads this she will remember we were interrupted by a rude lady looking for chocolate eggs. Customer service is a difficult job and far too often people (myself included) are quick to complain but slow to thank. The service I received was exceptional. She took the time to make it work for me and it not only made my day, it reinforced my focus on doing my very best to always be kind and if something is frustrating or poor service do everything I can to maintain a kind and supportive disposition. We never know what a person may be going through and you can never go wrong treating people with kindness and respect. Thank you for being that example for me today and while it’s just a little 11.99 return- the effort, patience, and support made it a great experience that I will remember when I’m doing my best to lift up others. Thank You 🙏

  Solid grocery option in the area. Fresh produce looked good, and there were plenty of choices.

  Always find what I need here. The store can get busy on weekends, but the employees are helpful and friendly.

  Terrible customer service. It’s extremely hard to find any employee, let alone someone in charge. Even something as simple as using the restroom requires going through customer service and waiting around. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would avoid coming to this location unless you absolutely have to. I hope someone from Safeway management sees this review and takes action regarding this store. The service here is unacceptable.
