  I came here specially 3 miles away to eat food and the food was so bad and instead of sitting I was supposed to sit inside first then I didn't sit inside I sat in the car when I opened my food the food was a mess And thank you for giving us such dirty food So that we don't go to McDonald's at all from now on

  I placed a mobile order in advance and received a confirmation instructing me to pick it up via the drive-through. Upon arrival, I provided the order number and name as usual and was informed by the manager, Byron, that my order did not exist. Despite showing confirmation and explaining the situation, he was dismissive and repeatedly stated that he “had no words” for me. He also said he could not help and walked away without attempting to resolve the issue. Another employee, Ana, initially also stated that the order was not there and showed me the screen as proof. However, I had to point out my own order on the screen she showed. She then attempted to assist further. Despite this, I had already waited approximately 35 minutes, and I ultimately never received my order. When I requested a refund, I was told by Byron to contact my bank and dispute the charge instead of being assisted on-site. Overall, this order was for my children, and they did not get to eat due to the situation. This experience was extremely frustrating due to the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to resolve a confirmed order. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

  Sorry! I didn't realize I posted the wrong review for the wrong restaurant! This Mcdonalds is actually my favorite in the area. I am not a huge McDonald's person. However my husband and I do occasionally like to have breakfast there. It's always fresh and the staff here is very polite and helpful. The customers are definitely not that. But that's not what I'm supposed to be rating. Our order is always correct and the price is always right. Again my bad for the accidental review, hope this makes more sense!

  The staff is so rude and racist I see them treat anyone who isn't there race short and or disrespectful. And I have spent some time during a few days here watching them after I seen it one day thinking maybe they were havingva bad day or dealing with a hard customer , but no, sadly the do it to anyone not there race, I've even seen the cashiers inside not only be rude but openly look some PAYING customers with pure disgust. It was a sad sight to see
