  Viel zu wenige Sitzplätze. Dauerhafte Schlange vor der Toilette weil man eine von zwei vorhandenen Toiletten zur Personaltoilette erklärt hat.

  Me and my niece decided to go into the establishment at around 9pm on a Thursday. We are from the UK and my niece finds it extremely hard to find foods she likes. As we approached the door we saw it was locked although there were still people in there. I found this strange as in the UK McDonald's are open 24 hours although I wasn't too bothered. A male staff member came to the door and shook his head and said "Closed". Me and my niece were very confused and went to check the open hours and saw they were as attached, 10pm closing time. At this point it was 9:15pm and staff were still behind the counter and people inside eating. We tried numerous attempts to tell the cleaner/staff member that it was only 9:15 and it closes at 10. He would not listen and the people inside also found it unfair. A lovely man from inside came over to me my niece and another lady with her daughter and said come in we'll go speak to the manager (of which never shown their face, as they probably don't even have one). At this point the staff member began to shout at the man saying "don't open the door! We have every right to close when we want to" which I assume in your company policy you probably don't and good customer service is usually the highest priority. We came to the till and the ladies served us with no problem however the man was persistent with telling us we were "crazy ladies" and that "it was his right to close the door whenever he likes to" I said I would like to speak to the manager and he said "we manage the place we can do whatever we like". He also said many other things in an attempt to get us to leave although we were causing no harm. It was extremely poor customer service by a member of your team and I myself work in retail so would never close the shop a minute before said closing time. I would also like to point out that if they are being paid up until and past 10pm but not even opening past 9pm that this is also unfair and should be looked into! Unfortunately I did not get the name of the rude man, as he didn't have a name badge, however he was around 40 Asian and wore glasses.
