  Absolutely phenomenal sushi at a reasonable enough price. I got the Salmon Lover and Lion King because I like to get one fresh and one hot roll. Both exceeded my expectations. I love when lemon zest or thin slices is on a salmon roll because of the pop of flavor it adds. The Lion King is drenched in sauce which makes it seem like it won't be anything but sauce flavor, but the cooked fish comes through and it still tastes good with soy sauce added. That said, the sauce is a bit on the high side and I would prefer more flavor from the fish, but that's a small nitpick on an otherwise very good roll. Toro nigiri is a dessert for me whenever I can get it. It's very expensive but my goodness if you haven't had it you must. No fish melts in your mouth like Toro. They source excellent cuts, though I would scrape off the green onion on top. The garnish really takes away from the flavor as onions are way too strong even in small doses. 9/10 experience for sure. Will absolutely be back if I'm in the area.

  The best sushi I have had, comparable to the best in Tokyo. The rainbow is my favorite. Lion king partcularly rich in taste. Salmon skin salad has some salmon meat, too. Softshell crab was crunchy and good. Golden gate and others are excellent, too.

  The service is amazing, our order was served quickly. We got tokoyaki as an appetizer, and two special sushi rolls: hamachi and lion king. These are some of the best sushi rolls I tried in the bay area. The hamachi was buttery, fatty and tasty; the grilled peppers on top was a nice touch and added flavor to each bite. The baked lion king on the other hand was so good, the cheese sauce and the tobiko perfectly matched the salmon and crab salad. Definitely will be back in the future.
