  My husband and I ate dinner here before we went to a comedy club next door. I had chicken, lamb, shish kebab over rice, and a side of tabouli salad. My husband had their garden salad and falafel. I had the lentil soup as an appetizer, too. Everything was fresh, tasty, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The owner, Jay, took our order and served us. He was so nice. He told me the soup is his grandmother's recipe. I highly recommend Jay's Grill.

  I walked past here last night, but I had already eaten, so I vowed to return soon; When I got off of work (Bartender) tonight, myself and another bartender headed here. It was hard to pick, as there were so many great-looking options, but I settled on a Chicken Shawarma plate. The chicken was well-seasoned, the hummus, tabouleh, pita all great, as expected. My favorite part of the fantastic meal was the lentil soup! I'm going to return to order a quart of it on a rainy day. Open late, great food, friendly, family-run place. What more could you want?

  I visited this restaurant with my family and we ordered a beef shawarma plate, a falafel wrap, and baba ghanouj. They also brought us a delicious hummus plate topped with high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Jerusalem. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We truly enjoyed every dish and had a great experience dining here. Highly recommended!

  Amazing addition to the neighborhood! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and the prices are amazing for SF. We will definitely be making this a regular part of our restaurant rotation!

  THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! So fresh and the flavors are delicious, food was fast but well made. I had the build your own pita and ate the whole thing. Very filling but not uncomfortable full, a satisfied full. Also the strawberry banana is so creamy and smooth, must try it. I only had a photo of my empty plate, I ate this so fast and again was amazing!! Will be coming here everytime I come to the city.
