Palms Court absolutely delivered. Best steak and sweet potato I’ve ever had — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Banana Split Sundae afterward was the perfect finish, and the latte was excellent as well.
Our server, Geovanni, was professional, attentive, and very responsive without being intrusive. Service was smooth from start to finish.
Great food, great service, and a classic steakhouse feel. I’ll definitely be back

Not a fan. The building is beautiful, but it's very one note inside. The restaurant is very loud - it's the acoustics from the cavernous interior.
The food was mediocre, overpriced, and unoriginal. The server was oversolicitous - honestly, why interrupt guests every 5 minutes to ask if they are enjoying everything? We might be enjoying our uninterrupted conversation...
One last hypercritical thing: why have a dress code if no one follows it?
The rooftop has a nice view and comfy seats.
