They made sure my sandwich was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Even during a busy time, they stayed calm, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

- HHHarlemJan 19, 20261.0We just went here and the lady that helped at first was super sweet but the man that checked us out was so very rude we tried using a gift card that we haven’t ever used before and we scanned it and the man said and I quote “ it says no” we asked if he could input the numbers or try again and he said no , it was very frustrating one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had I walked out with no sandwich i refused because he did not want to explain why our gift card wasn’t working properly, update: we went to another subway the one on Geary blvd and the gift card worked perfectly we even made the worker check before we ordered and he said it had 20 dollars on it
