- DDDarren5 days ago1.0Staff does not know how to manage work load of online orders and in person orders. Those in line didn't get serviced because of the multiude of online orders. I have worked in the food industry for years and service like that is unacceptable. Waited 30 minutes and didn't get serviced because staff was didn't service anyone since they were only doing online orders. They should have had one person do online orders while the other focused on those in front of then. If the line was at least moving due to customers being serviced then I would have been sympathetic, but when the line only move because people are fed up on waiting since no one in store is being serviced then that is a huge problem. Hard to support a business that doesn't service there customers. I hope management trains staff how to better handle their work load

I ordered a turkey stuffing sandwich and when I got home, there was no stuffing, and no cranberry sauce. I went back, and they said they could “do whatever” because the company didn’t give them enough ingredients. If that was the case, they should have told me before I ordered. Feel like they are lying and serving to the customers.. I still tried to be nice and ordered a baked chicken with sweet onion and vegetables instead. When I opened it at home, everything was ice cold the cucumbers and all the veggies were literally icy. This is extremely frustrating and very poor service. Definitely not acceptable.
