  The problem was 2 items out of three were wrong. The tea was sweet tea and the chips were missing. I ordered through Uber Eats and this was just sloppy. I can't even get a refund apparently. I've eaten here many times sans issue but this is bad.

  I came to order food in the evening, when a delivery guy came and asked if the delivery was ready. A hotel person should never say such a bad word.😡😡😡

  Rude, slow, hilarious customer service. The second star is because their menu has one or two healthy options. The dude was there working on some door dash order. No one in the store except one employee on her lunch break. I stood there, no one says a word. I eventually ask: "I know you're busy can you tell me how long I'll have to wait for one sandwich to-go?" - response: "I only have two hands!"... ok... I explained that I wasn't questioning his effort, just wanted to know how long of a wait I'm looking at. The lady on her break intervened and said "sir if you wait here, he will take care of you"... no explanation, nothing. Language barrier also a big issue here along with the attitude. Suffice to say I walked out... just a comical experience.

  There's an old man working on all of this. This person's way of speaking is not good. He hasn't learned how to speak to customers, let alone customers. You need to learn how to speak. The customer is God. ⁠
