This review is solely from the old Caucasian female customer service representative working morning of Thursday, February 20, 2026. She is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered at ANY establishment ever in my life. This person was not only rude to me but also to woman that was checking me out. I have been shopping at this location for over 12 year, for the most part I’ve had a pleasant experience with the staff. This woman should not be allowed to interact with customers let alone the public.

One of the most pleasant grocery store experiences... Recently since post-COVID, I dread having to go grocery shopping as most of the stores I shopped at prior to the Pandemic are no longer open, and the ones that are seem more concerned with stopping even paying customers and treating everyone as a thief, or potential one, that it makes shopping experience absurd! This Safeway has been fairly relaxed atmosphere, thank you!

Come on, Safeway! Get yourself together. Even with your new registers and no self-checkout POS, the wait times are ridiculous (with plenty unused check-out registers) and the general energy of most the employees are unwelcoming. As well, the customer service booth has been unmanned every single time I’ve passed it the last 3+ years…

Be prepared to wait in a half hour line if you come here at any reasonable time of day
They got rid of self checkout because of the rampant theft and now it seems like half the store is behind glass
I don’t want my local grocery store to go out of business but this is *unacceptable*
They’re losing every customer who has any choice
