I went to your store one day this week and found there was no 1/2 gallon 2% milk, so I had to purchase a carton of full fat milk. I went to the store later in the week and found not only was there no 1/2 gallon 2% milk, but there were no 1/2 gallon containers of other types of milk. Again, this is not an isolated problem. Please get this problem corrected.

From the stocker's who have no time to help a customer find something, to where something is located, customer service is definitely not located at this store. Even upon leaving the store the cashiers attitude was less than gracious. I'm new to San Francisco and so far this Safeway location's manager needs to have a talk with their employees on how to treat a customer, and why.

They did have a nice broth (chicken, beef, vege, bone) selection though, in case that matters to anyone. 😂 I didn't take photos of my groceries or the store. Didn't think there was a need.
