I was went to the pharmacy. And I had to wait because they had to wait for the time lock safe. That's fine I understand that. So I shopped a little bit and went back to the pharmacy. While I'm waiting a female employee is taking 12 packs of soda and slamming them down or just dropping them on a big flat cart. This is startling everybody in the area including the pharmacist's. I went to get 1 more item and the employee is pushing her cart of soda in front of me but not moving much because she is too busy playing with her phone. Then looked behind her and realized she is holding up not just me but other customers as well. I got the prescription and I want to say the pharmacy staff was very professional and courteous. Went to the front. Great big line, 2 cashiers. You know the story. I didn't wait. Put away my cold stuff and left the rest in the cart and left. Well, after I navigated the maze to funnel you out because every other way is blocked. I Wouldn't want to be in here in an emergency. It's a tragedy that this business is operated this way. The lack of concern for their customers is apparent. Allow me to give a little advice. GET OFF YOUR PHONE. YOU'RE AT WORK.
