Alot of incidents occur, that's not Safeways fault, society has growing pains....I would suggest a tighter control over camping in front of the store, more security around the building. Move along the folks using the parking lot for other activities, inconsistent with the needs of the shopper. I have turned around and left at times because of unsafe conditions. I am elderly and shouldn't have to feel concerned leaving the property
