It ended up being a big thing and it turns out the person said they would give the stuff back but the security guard instead wanted to steal her bag. I’ve never seen a security guard act so childish I thought their job was to deescalate things. Seemed like security guard maybe was having a bad day and taking it out her for stealing. She shouldn’t be allowed back if she’s going to make a small situation so big. She event taunted the shoplifter. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional
