The person working often continues whatever task they are doing without greeting me or taking my order. One day she said hello while washing glassware, but when I asked if I could place an order she seemed annoyed that I interrupted her cleaning. Another time a staff member took someone’s latte order and made it before even acknowledging me, even though she could have easily taken both orders at once. It would have saved both of us time. Today she was folding towels, and the chef had to tell her to come over and help me. It is not the same staff member each time, which is disappointing because it points to a larger issue. The saddest part is that they have the best breakfast burrito, and the food is genuinely excellent. I keep coming back hoping the service experience will improve. I never write reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages some customer service training. With food this good, I truly believe the place could be much busier with better service.
