    Dear Noah's NY Bagels Please, for the love of countless lives that are starving, if you accidentally made 2 of the same item but the customer only ordered 1, ask if the customer wants the second one before you toss it in the trash. It literally hurts me so much to watch a perfectly fine bagel sandwich being tossed in the trash before I even have the time to react just because they accidentally made 2 instead of 1. If you asked I'd gladly take it or even buy it for a discount. I'm honestly disappointed how indifferent y'all are about food waste.

    Still our favorite bagels in SF. Tip: If you are ordering a box of bagels, it’s fine to order when you arrive…but if you are ordering anything else (sandwich, toasted bagel etc)…order ahead because there are always dozens of pick up orders…so there’s a long wait time.

    3 cash registers, 6 employees yet only one working as a cashier. Resulted in a massive line that took forever. Makes no sense. You aren’t understaffed. Turn the other cash registers on.
