He went over and above to give us AN EXCEPTIONAL DINING EXPERIENCE! FERNANDO IS TRULY AN ASSET TO THE STAFF AT MORTON'S OF CHICAGO'S SF LOCATION. I hope they appreciate him. The place was elegant,clean, and beautifully decorated. THE FOOD WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION!! .. I had the Salmon cooked MED and my husband ordered the Filet cooked MW ..... ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!! .... In conclusion I have to say that all of the staff was extremely kind and welcoming and made my husband and my experience at MOC an experience we will remember till the day we die! ... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MOC FOR YOUR DINING EXPERIENCE!! ... BON APPETITE!!

I asked a simple question about a cocktail on the menu, and he responded with an attitude like I was wasting his time. When I ordered anyway, the drink came out sloppy and unbalanced, and when I politely mentioned it tasted off, he rolled his eyes and said, “That’s how we make it,” then walked away. No offer to remake it, no suggestion, nothing. The food was actually fantastic (the asparagus was unforgettable), but the bar service completely ruined the night. For the price, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. I won’t be coming back, San Francisco has too many great spots to spend money somewhere that treats guests like an inconvenience.

The location is next to Union Square and like the city this place is always busy. We’ve been to this particular location several times and will always come back . Drinks were great and our server made sure he took care of our table thanks again let’s do it again soon ❣️

The Shrimp Louie wedge bites and Filet mignon sandwiches were a perfect pairing. Although the filet did not come out as expected he quickly put in another order and made sure I was not disappointed. Great late night spot in the square!
